Balanced diet 

  • Gives all essential nutrients in right proportions 
  • Carbohydrates, proteins, lipids, vitamins, minerals, water 
  • Fibre

  • Pasta, rice, sugar 
  • Provide energy 
Lipids (fats and oils) -

  • Growth and repair of tissue
